Returns + Exchanges
We do not accept returns unless we are at fault (wrong size, damaged item, etc)
Exchanges are permitted ONLY for items that are not on sale. Exchanges are NOT accepted on swim items and SOHO sets. Shipping fees for returning and resending will be paid for by the customer, unless the reason for exchange is our fault (damaged, wrong size sent, etc)
Exchanges are accepted for certain styles if the item is unworn and unwashed and if an exchange is available, meaning if the desired size is available. If the desired size isn't available, the customer will have the option of receiving a partial refund, excluding shipping fees or store credit. If an exchange is available, the customer must contact us within 5 business days after item is updated as delivered. We reserve the right to deny an exchange for any damaged or worn items. Please try on swimsuits and bottoms with undergarments and do not remove any tagging. To avoid the hassle of exchanging, please take a look at our sizing chart and sizing notes for each desired style.
