Returns + Exchanges

NEW UPDATE 01/30/24 (Changes: Orders can now be canceled up until a tracking number is added. Previously, we stated orders can only be canceled within the hour)

Returns

Sale items and swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange. They are sold as is. Miss Fashion Cents does not accept returns unless we are at fault (wrong size sent, damaged item, etc) Damaged items are very rare as we perform quality checks before shipping. If we are at fault, you must contact us within 7 days after USPS has updated the package to "Delivered" status. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us immediately at orders@missfashioncents.com

Cancels

Orders can be canceled up until it has a tracking number added. If an order has already shipped it cannot be canceled. Because we strive to ship items in a timely manner, please e-mail us ASAP to cancel an order.

Exchanges

As of March 17th, 2023 we are no longer accepting exchanges unless we are at fault (please note Final Sale items are sold as is and cannot be exchanged for any reason) This is in an effort to keep prices as low as possible. If you received the wrong size or a damaged item we will honor an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days after USPS has updated the package to “Delivered” status to be eligible. We do not want you stuck with items you cannot wear, so please read each item description, our sizing chart, or e-mail if you still need further help with what size will work best for you.
